I read every word of this post and sadly, was not surprised by any of it. I appreciate your transparency, because these reminders of where we are and what is happening is so important, even for those of us who consider ourselves involved and informed. Using the legal system to “break” people has been a Trump family strategy from the way-back. It works, sometimes. But, there are ways, as you have discovered, to fight back, shut them up, and depress their power. That said, they are like the ugly monster in a horror movie that always looms and never dies. Is there any evidence that they have collected your subscriptions list without a warrant, and if that has happened, should the lemon-heads sue for illegal government surveillance/overreach? Im so sorry this is happening to you Don and has been dragging on for so long. This is how they get to people, by holding stuff against them for long periods. By abusing the judicial system, because they cant get their way, and don't want to lose, which keeps clogging up the judicial system too. We've got your back though Don and will always support you. During discovery you can show examples of this to easily prove their bullying, waste of taxpayers money and abuse of the judicial system, along with their blatant lies and corruption too. Hopefully their lawyers will get struck off each time to make the evil corrupt pdf protecting cretins learn.
